Open Day

Saturday 25th November sees the opening of Oaklands Community Centre in Saltash. This will be a chance to find out more about the centre’s activities, have a cup of tea and meet the organisers. There will also be Christmas craft activities for the whole family and a chance for you to get involved in our future.
The fun starts at 10am and continues through to 4pm.

After the centre was closed earlier this year the wider community came together with the help of Cornwall Housing. A committee was formed which is made up of diverse talents. The team will be hosting art and knitting groups, coffee mornings, bingo sessions, table top sales, games evenings, a one stop shop and much more.

Our aims are to create a community centre that is a hub for the community, led by the community.
